Privacy Policy

Eternal Frames Photography is a portrait photography studio based in Auburn, Alabama, run by Tyler Droke. This policy explains what information we collect through our website (eternalframesphotography.com) and our client portal (portal.eternalframesphotography.com), how we use it, and the choices you have. Information you give us. When you fill out our inquiry form, book a call or session, sign a contract, pay an invoice or answer a questionnaire, we collect what you share: your name, email, phone number, session details, dates, locations, notes, and — for senior or family sessions — the names (and for little ones, the ages) of the people being photographed. When you sign a contract we also record your signature.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems; we only see the payment amount, status and the last digits of the card.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours receives basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site.

• To prepare and sign your contract, send invoices and receipts, and process payments
• To plan your session (questionnaires, locations, outfits) and send reminders
• To deliver your private gallery and any prints or albums you order
• To keep records required for our business, tax and legal obligations
• To improve our website and services

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.

When a senior is under 18, a parent or guardian is our client: they book, sign and pay, and they receive our emails. If a senior under 18 contacts us first, we ask for a parent’s contact information and reach out to the parent. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 — information about younger children is provided by their parent or guardian.

We use a small number of trusted service providers who process information on our behalf, only as needed to provide our services:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Microsoft 365 — email
• Google — calendar scheduling, website analytics and web fonts
• Hostinger — website hosting
• Instagram (Meta) — the Instagram feed shown on our site

Our booking, contract, invoicing and client-portal tools run on systems we manage ourselves. We may also share information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Your photos are delivered through a private gallery link. We only use images from your session in our portfolio, website or social media as described in your session agreement — and you can always ask us not to share a particular image.

Our website uses a few essential cookies to work properly and, only if you accept them, analytics cookies. You can accept, reject or change your choice anytime using the cookie banner’s Preferences button. Our client portal uses a secure login cookie so you stay signed in.

We send emails about your inquiry, booking, payments and gallery. If you sign up for updates such as mini session dates, we’ll only send those with your permission, and every one includes a link to unsubscribe.

We keep your information for as long as we’re working together and afterward as needed to deliver your photos, honor our agreements and meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements. When it’s no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you updates. Just email contact@eternalframesphotography.com or call 334.750.7900. Some records (like signed contracts and payment records) we may need to keep for legal reasons.

We use reasonable safeguards — encrypted connections, private links, and access limited to us — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care with everything you trust us with.

If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here and change the date at the top.
